If the seeding for the Big Ten Conference women’s basketball tournament comes down to the final day of the regular season Nebraska will have the benefit of playing in front of the home crowd.
The Huskers will host Northwestern on Feb. 26, which will be one of five leagues games on the final day of the regular season.
The Big Ten released the league schedule on Wednesday with the 18-game schedule for each team including nine home games and nine on the road.
No television designations or game times were announced by the conference. Those will come at later dates as details are finalized by the conference and its TV partners.
Nebraska finished 24-9 last season while reaching the Big Ten Tournament semifinals and earning an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Huskers return their entire starting lineup from the end of the season.

Nebraska is set to take on three 2022 NCAA Sweet 16 qualifiers during its nine-game conference home schedule — Michigan (Dec. 28), Ohio State (Jan. 14) and Maryland (Jan. 22).
The Huskers also host Iowa, the Big Ten champion that returns Caitlin Clark and every starter.
Nebraska, which tied a school record with 16 home victories a year ago, opens Big Ten home action on Dec. 7 against Wisconsin.
The Big Ten Tournament will be held in Minneapolis March 1-5.
