FHO and FHC are offering a Comp-Intro Course both online and in-person.
For those who are interested in registering for the course, simply log into your PowerUp account, go to Register Now and select your preferred cohort, 1 or 2.
The cost of the course is $55 per coach (NO TAX) and classes will be limited to 12 people.
